As a home owner that is the first question i would ask also, as the bottom line is you are trying to maximise the amount you take home on the sale of your asset.

But there is a few details to consider.

Firstly the size of your home – Is it a 1 bedroom apartment, a 2 bedroom villa or a 5 bedroom family home with multiple living areas?

Secondly will the home be partly furnished already or will we do a full service with styling also included?

Thirdly would be length of hire – Considering most homes sell between 4-10 weeks we always have a package thats right for you with the standard starting at 6 weeks to include time for photos and marketing your home.

Taking these 3 things into consideration we can then give you a fixed price & if you are happy schedule a consultation at your home to go through it in more detail.

As guide it works out to be $750 – $850 per room for a standard 6 week staging campaign. So for example a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 living area would be roughly $2250 + GST and not to mention our prices include Delivery, consultation and the actual staging with a designer!
